The viscosity consistency control of AMC26-1F Acai Machine is built with acai alone in mind. The conservation feature of AMC26-1F Acai Machine maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and the freezing cylinder during the long no use periods. Hopper temperature is displayed on the electronic panel to assure safe product temperature. All other units on the US market that process acai work shakes, smoothies, cocktails, slushies as well. In other words, they are not made for acai products specifically, which results in a watery, oily or chunky acai product.
