The automatic shell ejection is an upgrade over their UDTJ-10 model, where the egg basket needs to be emptied by hand every 210 eggs.
Maintenance is simple yet essential; daily cleaning involves washing detachable parts under running water and wiping the lower drive unit with a damp sponge.
Built for robust performance, the egg cracker is optimized for a single-shift work cycle of 8 hours, boasting an impressive maximum capacity of processing up to 900,000 eggs per month. It impressively reduces the shell volume by 80% and recovers 98% of the egg mass from the broken shells, ensuring minimal waste and maximum efficiency.
The unit’s centrifuge is meticulously electronically balanced for stability. Every part of the egg cracker that comes into contact with eggs is crafted from stainless steel, guaranteeing durability and hygiene. Additionally, the unit is compatible with our FU-150 egg liquid filter.
