The UDTJ-10 is a semi-automatic centrifugal egg cracker designed to streamline egg processing. This machine cracks eggs and separates the liquid, funneling it into a designated container.
It also crushes eggshells to reduce their volume. The shells need to be dumped every 200 eggs with this model; with the other models, the shell is automatically ejected.
