Sammic Vegetable Preparation Machines and Combi Food Processors 

Sammic’s new range of vegetable preparation machines and combi units is highly durable, heavy duty machines made of stainless steel and aluminum cast for a continuous production of up to 2,200 lb/h.

Sammic’s vegetable cutters and combi food processors provide the best quality of cuts and dicing on the market, particularly for delicate products. Sammic’s machines allow natural workflow from left to right and are ideal for narrow counter spaces because of the lateral shoot. One arm motion process with roll-on handle for low impact on elbows and wrists insures easy and effortless operation. The large range of high quality discs and grids allows the operator to obtain over 70 different styles of product. The control panel is waterproof and LED lit.

The combi vegetable cutters-food processors CK-301 and CK-401 combine the vegetable preparation machine and emulsifier with a 5 qt bowl and 10 speed positions programmable by time and pulse switch. The hopper, lid and bowl are easily detachable for interchanging or cleaning. The polycarbonate lid complete with scraper that allows consistent and homogeneous mixing and avoids product overheating.

Optional flat blade set for raw meat and fibrous products, as well as the perforated blade set specially designed to beat and mix are available for the combi units CK-301 and CK-401.

Sammic vegetable preparation machines and combi food processors are NSF and UL certified.
