Constructed entirely of stainless steel, the FS-240 press features eight press bags, each supported by our patented heavy-duty “wave” boards for optimal juice extraction.

The juice is collected into a 24-gallon pan, equipped with a stainless sanitary valve and discharge for effortless juice transfer to either a provided bucket or a sanitary pumping system for centralized collection.

The press’s dual heavy-duty, all-stainless hydraulic cylinders power the press bags and boards.

Its innovative cartridge-style design allows for the entire 8-layer press zone to rotate, facilitating easy pomace/cake removal without the mess or safety concerns, and eliminating the need to remove press bags between cycles.
