- Exterior: AISI 430 stainless steel and AISI 304 stainless steel top
- Interior: AISI 430 stainless steel
- Insulation: CFC-Free polyurethane insulation, entire cabinet structure is foamed-in place using a high density polyurethane insulation. Low GWP & Zero ODP effect.
- Doors: Polyurethane insulated doors, self closing doors with stay open feature, stainless steel heavy-duty hinges, triple chamber snap in door gaskets for easy removal and cleaning, field reversible doors, (Doors locks only on Pizza Prep tables – MR**EN and MPG** series)
- Salad Top: Stainless steel insulated lid, Top include 1/6 size (1/3 size for Pizza Prep tables – MR**EN series) poly-carbonate food pans, pan divider bars included for varying size pan configurations, removable sanitary polyethylene cutting board included.
- Shelving: 2 plastic coated wire shelves per section (stainless steel tray sides included on Pizza Prep tables – MR**EN and MPG** series)
- Refrigeration: Temperature regulated by thermostatic control (Digital temperature controller with automatic defrost system on Pizza Prep tables – MR**EN and MPG** series) , Energy saving non-electric condensate pan, (Extractable condensing unit for easy service – Pizza Prep tables – MR**EN and MPG** series) , evaporator coil coated with anti-corrosion material 100% polyester, forced air refrigeration system, refrigerant gas R134a
